Bandi can produce both elastic and inelastic textile tapes and cords with very high resistance and tensile strength. By using materials such as Dyneema® or Kevlar® we can achieve tensile strengths of at least 32000 N. Thinner cords can be produced with tensile strengths of at least 5000 N. Commonly used as carrying straps or part of lift systems. The cable and sailing industries often require tensile strong textile tapes and cords.
