Finding items

There are several ways to find an item. You can use the navigation tree to browse through items or you can use the search field. If you already know all the item numbers you can use the quick order form to speed up your process. When you found an item that you want, press "buy" or "choose". The choose alternative will be shown when there are additional choices to make, for example color or size.

Shopping cart

When you click "buy", the item will be placed in your shopping cart. Here we show your items and the total order sum. By clicking "to cart" you can change the content of your cart or finish and send your order. With "save cart to favorite list" you can save all the items in your cart and continue shopping later on. The next time you visit the web shop you just go to your account and place your saved favorite list in the cart.

Checkout

When you have added your items press the "checkout"-button. You can easily change the number of an item by changing the number and press "change". A click on the wastebasket will erase all items on a particular row. Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart before you send your order.

Confirm order

Review the content of your order and choose delivery and payment method if alternatives are available. It is also possible to give us additional information about your purchase if needed. Then press "Send order".

Payment method

Available methods of payment are shown in the checkout. If credit card payment is available and you choose it you will be taken to a secure server to complete the payment. When your credit card payment is complete you will be redirected to your receipt page.

Receipt

When you see the receipt page you know that we have received your order. Here you can see your order number. Usually we also send you an order confirmation by e-mail. Sometimes the confirmation e-mail doesn't reach your inbox due to firewall or spam settings. Therefore we recommend you to print out this page or note your order number for further reference.

Delivery

Delivery will (if nothing else is specified) take place as soon as possible according to order confirmation.

Order overview

You can see your previous orders in your account. By clicking on an order you will get more specific information. You can copy an order and directly place it in the checkout. If the delivery method allows you can track your order online by clicking on the image of a truck in the order overview. This is not possible on all delivery methods.
