Bandi can manufacture both elastic and non-elastic tapes and cords with water repellent properties using a variety of materials. These properties are generally achieved through finishing treatment and not only protect against moisture, but also against dirt and chemicals. Water repellent tapes and cords are commonly used in, for example, sports and outdoor equipment, clothing/workwear and in the sailing industry. Combined with FRT, Fire Retardant Treatment, these products are commonly used in fire protection equipment and apparel as well as in lifting systems etc.
